Your personal activity director!

Do you want someone to spend time with you or your loved one?  I am a companion extraordinaire.  We can do many fun things together.  I always focus more on 'doing with' rather than 'watching' people.  I come with no preconceived notions about abilities or interests, only anticipation of the many interesting things we can find to do together.

It is well known that interacting socially, and participating in meaningful activities is crucial to maintaining healthy brain function and mood.

New patterns of activity due to retirement, the aging of our contemporaries, a move to be near family, or changes in health or mobility can contribute to separation from others.  Inactivity, boredom, or even depression, can be the unexpected consequences of growing older or living with an acquired disability.
